PREDIX Tweakings

Well It's semptember alrady and I think my prediction are already outdated so i took part of my super busy schooling schedule to edit my predictions... so I changes parts of my predictions and parts of my website..

by the way, I've written in the home page of my website that LEDGER and GOSLING are slugging it our for the year's best (so far) but I'd go for Leonardo diCaprio right now...

signs that the world is ending

this year is by far the suckiest ive been in, since i cant remember my past that well. i have a blur image of anything below than 1999, i was already alive then but not aware... iwas busy being young jolly and completely a goody goody boy... anyways enough of that reminiscin' crap...

this year is by far my crappiest year. im alrady in college and there is this subject i flunked and now im taking it again and i think im going to take it the third time around gorammit, i must be dumbing or something...

but since this blog is not about my life this is about my involvment in tv music and movies, these are the sign that the world is ending:

REASON NUMBER 5: THE EMMYS. the emmys this year was half crap half good. good was my name is earl and jeremy piven. crap was dreyfuss and shalhoub. why does the academy keep on giving awards to those who have won already and does not need the award anymore cause they do not deserve it anymore! see shalhoub. and the nominees! gorram! they should've opened up to great tv like veronica mars, prison break, commander in chief, big love, battlestar galactica, weeds. they keep on nominating west wing and all the other crapolas... what i hated the most was megan mullaly's win and the shutout of mary louise parker and jason lee. they were in top of their games last year and then the emmy academy fucked it all up

REASON NUMBER 4: THE BLACK BILLBOARD. are those r&b and rap singles taht good for them to dominate the billboard hot 100? thank God for Justin Timberlake's Sexy Back which i think is the catchiest tune this year, also to Daniel Powter with Bad Day by far my fave track that hit number one and sexy back is the close second. how about the fray's over my head, breaking benjamin's diary of jane, teddy geiger's for you i will. But i am not saying that they are all crap there are some ok such as SOS, Get up and some i cant remember...

REASON NUMBER 3: CRASH. i know ive already crapped on crash so many time but i think this was the root of all craps this year. how coul a film about racism and bullock tripping be a best picture? it's just too hollywood that's why! how could they not award the arguably-one-of the best films of all time "brokeback mountain". also not to mention heath ledger losing to hoffman and clooney over giamatti. oh the oscar crap!

REASON NUMBER 2: AMERICAN IDOL TAYLOR HICKS? damn this gorram 90 year old winner. for me it was Chris Daughtry or my love Katharine McPhee and no other. But they have to settle for this 90 year old version of george clooney mixed with jay leno. That irritating voice!!!

now this is number one because it is the latest...
REASON NUMBER ONE: SUPERLUKAS? how could supernova pick lukas rossi over toby rand and dilana? that crapola cant even sing a song in tune! Dilana was a god this season, she is by far the best ive seen in this show and i think supernova knows that but instead they went for htat dud that looks like chicken little with highlights...

anyways...

THE BEST SUPERNOVA PERFORMANCES

well before the finals tomorrow night and i kinda hope that my love, my DILANA wins that damn thing because she friggin deserves it... she's the best and they should award her accordingly dammit!

So here are the top 15 performances of the season:

15 "All the Young Dudes" by Zayra Alvarez
I know she's not the best gal in this competition because Dilana is but she is the most interesting and the msot entertaining. She is the "fun" contestant of the entire season. Plus don't forget the warrdrobe. The gold suit, the hat and that very high shoes. And damn if you have heard the original you would even say that this is a very very good version.

14 "Back of Your Car" by Ryan Star
She may be everyone's favorite but not me but his original is very good. And the first time he performed this song was just great. I kinda wish that he should've been great from start but he wasn't but nonetheless this performance is one of his best....

13 "I Want You to Want to Me" by Dilana
My girl, my love , my Dilana performed this song when she was sent to the bottom three the second time around. It was one of her best, well, she always is, but if not she's perfect (forget the psycho killer song)... Plus she has crutches to boot...

12 "Throw it Away" by Toby Rand
He is one of my favorites in this season and I am very happy he made it to the finals. His original was one of the best originals of this season, it was ultra catchy and it was fun. that oh oh oh tune was infectious it gets stuck in your head...

11 "The Dolphin's Cry" by Magni
He has the best voive among the guys (and the worst is Lukas) and his acoustic performance of this song which the day after he was asked an encore was one of his memorable performances. I love the original and he made it his own and now, i love it more...

10 "What the What is Lady-like" by Storm Large
The sexiest contestant ever and she has a very big voice to boot... Forget I will survive, and agree with what Navarro said by this song being the best original ever. This is her best (next is anything anything and then wish you were here...) and im kinda sad she left, Lukas should've gone home that day (ooh that irritating voice)... I'll make sure to watch out for her soon...

9 "Not an Addict" by Zayra Alvarez
I know you probably hate me right now for liking her so much, but this is one of my favorite singles of all time and she gave her own flare in this song and i loved every bit of it. It was dramatic and heartfelt, i was in love with her after this performance, forget that she did you really got me or bring me to life or jenny or call me or.... hehehhe

8 "Losing my Religion" by Ryan Star
This is Ryan it his finest hour! i hate him but i really really like his version of this song. it was intense, and riveting. i wish that his encore performance of this song was better but it wasn't but you gotta love this single it felt as though it was his own single, like it was his original, you wouldn't even think of it as a cover of a REM song...

7 "Roxanne" by Dilana
She's got the three guys singing back up for her made my day... This is the best performance of that night, and im hoping that this is enough proof for supernova and the viewers that she is the BEST this season or even better than last year's bests Jordis, and Marty... Someone already did this song I forgot him cause he murdered this song, this is a classic dude! but dilana, oh dilana, you made my day...

6 "Lithium" by Dilana
You will se more of Dilana soon but this is the song that I first saw her performed and i immediately fell in love with her. She has lotsa intensity just standing up and singing but when she rocked it out WOW!

5 "My Iron Lung" by Patrice Pike
She is not in any way my fave but her performance of one of my fave songs from one of my fave bands (radiohead) [gotta agree with what storm said] this is her best and one of the most unforgettable bottom three performances... I had goosebumps over goosebumps she was superb in every way possible

4 "Somebody Told Me" by Toby Rand
This was the song that made me like Toby Rand as a performer. I do not exactly like the original song but when he sung it I was blown away. His version was far superior and far better! This performance got me singing the song for weeks...

3 "Zombie" by Dilana
She should've been the one called for encore after this performance. Zombie is already a classic and Dilana nailed the single bringing her own flare to the song. "In your head! in your head!" yeah love, I still sing this song now because of you.. The whole performance was memorable from that high kick to that tambourine to that last tongue movement wow, im speechless...

2 "Creep" by Magni
Hah! you probably thought that I would like Lukass version of this song fuck no! Lukas' murdered the song it was like somebody is holding his cheeks tight while he was singing the song, but MAGNI was extraordinary when he sung this song. That "she's running away" part to the "she runs, runs, run!!" part was WOW and his rendition of the song was probably the best Ive heard (besides my own hehehehe joke). Creep is probably my favorite song from RadioHead and taht made magni one of my favorites too...

You still waiting for Lukas? Dont worry he's not in this list, i hate him so dearly because he has no talent at all... So sue me i love my Dilana so on with the number one ...

1 "Mother Mother" by Dilana
After her megabitch backstabbing, Dilana came back with a blistering and ultra emotional and heartfelt performance. She gave me chills no one has ever game me before not even in american idol. This is the best performance of any singing competitions I've seen. "I'm losing my mind, Everything's FINE!" .... Jill's slutty version of this song was ewww but Dilana gave a perfect rendition of this song way better than the original and lightyears better than Jill's.


So I guess that's it... DILANA 4evah just dont be a bitch ok? when you come to our country i'll be the first in line to buy tickets!

My own TV Awards (might as well call it Ymme's!)

This week i am a little busy but not as much so i will be posting more (I hope). I was so inspired with the recent emmy's that's why i made my own recognition of the past year's best achievement in the tv industry... So here goes nothing and i know you guys are gonna hate me after this...

Best TV Series
- Prison Break (2nd)
- Veronica Mars (1st)
- Entourage
- Battlestar Galactica
- My Name is Earl (3rd)
- Supernatural
---> I know I said Prison break was explosive but I can't get Veronica Mars out of my head. it was just so addictive! Prison Break is indeed a very very close second and the same goes with the third My Name is Earl which is the best comedy today on tv.

Best Actor
- Jason Lee (My Name is Earl) [2nd]
- Wentworth Miller (Prison Break) [1st]
- Bill Paxton (Big Love) [3rd]
- Jared Padalecki (Supernatural)
- Zach Braff (Scrubs)
---> Wentworth Miller was just brodding with charisma and wit and i think with that killer combination he got me. Jason Lee once again is a very very close seond, this is the best tv turn ive seen...

Best Actress
- Jane Kaczmarek (Malcolm in the Middle) [3rd]
- Marcia Cross (Desperate Housewives)
- Mary Louise Parker (Weeds) [1st]
- Kristin Bell (Veronica Mars) [2nd]
- Geena Davis (Commander in Chief)
---> that Emmy snub still got me, I thought she was wonderful in this series... i wouldn't like Veronica Mars this much if its protagonist isn't a great actress, Bell continues to get better season after season. Kacmarek is still the best in the show...

Best Supporting Actor
- Jeremy Piven (Entourage) [1st]
- Robert Knepper (Prison break) [2nd]
- Shawn Pyfrom (Desperate Housewives)
- Jason Dohring (Veronica Mars) [3rd]
- Enrico Colantoni (Veronica Mars)
---> Piven is just perfect in Entourage and I very happy with his emmy win. Knepper is very veyr creepy in Prison Break and i just love to see him do his thang.... Dohring's weird smirk got him his slot here....

Best Supporting Actress
- Blythe Danner (Huff) [2nd]
- Jamie Pressly (My Name is Earl) [1st]
- Mary McDonell (Battlestar Galactica) [3rd]
- Chloe Sevigny (Big Love)
---> Pressly is a goddess!!! I absolutely love her, her character is one for the history books... I love Danner in Huff same goes with McDonell in Galactica and even better president than the also great but lesser Geena Davis
